WA:Second man sought over shooting

PERTH, Dec 5 AAP - Police are hunting a second man over a shooting death in Perth's
northern suburbs over the weekend.

No details have been given, but a police statement issued on Monday afternoon said
a second man was being sought.

The statement follows an earlier appeal by West Australian police for information on
Hayden Shane Joseph, 23. He is wanted for questioning over the death of Jeremia Iskander,
21, who was shot in the driveway of his Wanneroo home on Friday evening.

There have been reports that the shooting may have been over a debt.

WA Police Commissioner Karl O'Callaghan told reporters on Monday morning that Mr Joseph
could be "armed and dangerous". Members of the public were warned not to approach him.

"All we want is information. We don't want the public to intercept the man, we just
want information on where he might be," the police commissioner said.

"You have to treat this person with caution."

Police believe Mr Joseph may have fled or be trying to flee WA. They are conducting
border patrols, and staff at the domestic and international airports have been put on
alert.

Anyone with information can call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
